Joy of Solitariness

Do you feel envious every time you see a couple holding each others hand or wrapping their arms together in the street, mall, office, cafeteria or everywhere? Or maybe you're one of those who resent every time you see your friend's profile pictures in Facebook, Twitter or any other social medias with their boyfriends, girlfriends or even with their husbands and babies. Why do you have those feelings? Probably  because you want to be happy. You want to be with someone because you don't want to be lonely. But is being in a relationship with someone really bring you happiness? Will it stop you from feeling lonely? I guess the answer is NO. There are many people who still feel lonely even if they are with someone, they still feel the anxiety, depression insecurities and everything else, hence the only reason why you feel lonely is because you believe that being in a relationship with someone will make you happy. It is your thoughts that pull you down. How do you stop feeling lonely? The answer is to stop believing that being in a relationship per se will bring you happiness. Remember that no one can eliminate your loneliness but you yourself. So stop sobbing at your solitariness and learn to enjoy your own company.Show everyone you care and in return everyone will care for you. Give away love and surely love will find you.

Why do women like sweets???

While looking at our picture at the phoebe's. I remember a certain topic that me and my  office mates talked about while having our lunch at our cafeteria. We were talking about PMS (Post/Pre Menstrual Syndrome), what we feel when we have our menstruation and how we crave for certain foods especially sweets.

It has been a general cliche that having a sweet tooth is basically a girl thing but have you ever wondered why we have this intense cravings for sweets, perhaps a slice of cake, a pint of ice cream or a bar of chocolate?? To feed my curiosity I search the net and ask Mr. Google for possible answers.

I fell in love with you Davao..

               Now I know how it feels to be in love for the first sight. The first time I stepped into its surface, I was deeply in awe of how peaceful and clean the city is. I have traveled so many places in the Philippines and I can really say that Davao is one of the safest. I was stun with the big Durian structure outside it's airport so I never failed the chance to take a photo of it.

Just thingking.....

Looking back over the past years I've realized that everything has changed day by day, little by little without even noticing it.

A taste around the world

Another "holiday diet" I have. *sighs. Thanks for making me feel guilty again sissy and friend. I titled this blog as "A taste around the world" since the above seen restaurant served lavish cuisines coming different sides of the world, from European, Asian down to  American cuisines. Fact is that, we can not afford to travel around the world yet, so we were thinking why not stay in one place, like a restaurant for example, that caters foods from different countries of the world instead.. Alright! I know I am a "pig" when it comes to "All you can eat" buffets like this because I end up putting all the foods together in just one plate, *sighs...such a shame, but hey!! what do you expect?? It's All You Can Eat right?!! Ok so now lets talk about, the FOODS..
